The CONNECT hub is ENRICH GLOBAL’s collaboration and community platform, connecting projects, organisations, experts and international stakeholders through dedicated digital communities.

Built for open collaboration across borders, the platform supports project coordination and implementation, knowledge sharing, events, matchmaking and stakeholder engagement worldwide.

Co-created with its users, the CONNECT hub is GDPR-compliant, hosted in the European Union, and built on European and international platform standards. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in collaborative digital environments and European project ecosystems, it evolves continuously with the needs of communities, projects, and members.

The CONNECT hub is built for:

  • researchers and innovators advancing knowledge across borders;
  • organisations and projects structuring collaboration and scaling their impact;
  • public authorities and policy actors shaping the innovation agenda;
  • entrepreneurs and SMEs accessing markets, partners, and opportunities;
  • civil society organisations and NGOs mobilising action;
  • international initiatives and stakeholder communities connecting ecosystems.

Each deployment is tailored to the goals of its community.

Member organisations of ENRICH GLOBAL can create and moderate their own communities. External participants may access selected activities and exchanges according to each community’s settings.

Organisations, projects, and initiatives are welcome to use the platform to publish opportunities, coordinate activities, amplify outreach, and build international connections across thematic communities. Hosting and (co-)moderating a dedicated community on the CONNECT hub is exclusive to ENRICH GLOBAL member organisations.

The CONNECT hub supports dissemination and outreach through community updates, event promotion, webinars, and more. It is in constant development; features are regularly updated.

  • searchable member directories – by key words, country, name…;
  • community dashboards;
  • shared workspaces and document repositories;
  • messaging and notifications;
  • co-editing and collaboration tools;
  • event management, including registrations, follow up and analytics
  • surveys with generated QR-code to use at the events;
  • forms;
  • matchmaking and partnership search, adapted for different purposes
  • marketplace adapted for different purposes
  • support for open calls and cascade funding
  • virtual fair integration, online exhibition spaces.

Collaboration beyond projects – sustaining your network and results

Most platforms go inactive and close soon after funding ends. The CONNECT hub is built to outlive project duration, helping organisations and projects safeguard their results, maintain visibility, and continue collaboration over time.

Users can publish news, organise webinars and events, share resources, and coordinate activities within dedicated thematic communities (co)created and (co)moderated by ENRICH GLOBAL or its members.

Sounds too good to be true? ENRICH GLOBAL guarantees technical continuity for up to five years after project completion. Free for ENRICH GLOBAL members.
