Strategic Leadership Panel
The Strategic Leadership Panel recognises individuals who actively contribute to ENRICH GLOBAL beyond their formal responsibilities and support the long-term development of the association.
Selected annually by the Executive Committee, Panel members contribute through strategic advice, ecosystem perspectives, community engagement and support to key ENRICH GLOBAL activities.
Kseniia SAVCHENKO
Senior Innovation Consultant
G.A.C. Group, France
Kseniia Savchenko has been involved with ENRICH GLOBAL for several years as Operational Manager, contributing to annual reports, Innovation Days, follow-up of new member applications, strategic advice and other key activities.
She brings more than 17 years of experience across EU innovation programmes, international cooperation, public sector reform and financial services. At G.A.C. Group France, she has contributed to Horizon Europe projects focused on digital partnerships, deep-tech ecosystems, green and clean technologies and capacity-building programmes across Europe, the Indo-Pacific, Central Asia and the United States.
Her previous experience includes advisory roles in institutional reform programmes supported by organisations such as EBRD, GIZ and GFA, including work on Ukraine’s National Financial Literacy Strategy, SME support infrastructure and business process development. She also founded an independent financial literacy initiative reaching thousands of beneficiaries.
Kseniia holds an MBA in Public Administration, degrees in Finance and Political Science, and was selected twice for U.S. Department of State-funded fellowships. Within the Panel, she contributes to ENRICH GLOBAL’s strategic positioning, partnerships and long-term development.
Andras MERZA
Head of Operations

András Merza has been involved in ENRICH GLOBAL and international cooperation activities through project coordination, EU proposal development and community-related initiatives connected to research and innovation programmes.
Since 2020, he has worked on European projects and funding programmes including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, CERV, LIFE, URBACT, EUAID, EUI and INTERREG. His experience covers project management, proposal preparation, stakeholder coordination and support to international collaboration activities.
At RCISD, he contributes to project implementation and international cooperation activities, while also supporting initiatives linked to education, STEAM and regional development. Since 2024, he has additionally worked with the Municipality of Dunaújváros on European urban and sustainability-related projects.
András holds degrees in Development Policy and Programme Management and International Relations, as well as postgraduate studies focused on climate change expertise. Within the Strategic Leadership Panel, he contributes to community development, project coordination and ecosystem engagement activities.
