Governance
ENRICH GLOBAL is an international non-profit association, founded in 2020 under the French law of 1 July 1901 by 12 public and private organisations. All governance roles within ENRICH GLOBAL are held on a voluntary basis. The association is governed by a Board elected every three years by the General Assembly of its members, managed by an Executive Committee appointed by the Board, and supported by a Strategic Leadership Panel. The governance framework is defined by the bylaws and internal rules.
Board
The Board 2026–2028 is composed of 8 members who set the strategic direction of the association and oversee specific operational areas.
Executive Committee (EXEC)
The Executive Committee (EXEC), elected from among the Board members, ensures day-to-day operational management and implementation of Board decisions.
Strategic Leadership Panel
The Strategic Leadership Panel recognises individuals from member organisations and ENRICH GLOBAL staff who actively contribute to the association beyond required duties.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of ENRICH GLOBAL, composed of all member organisations. Each active member holds one vote. It convenes annually to approve key decisions and set the overall direction of the association

Who can join and how?
ENRICH GLOBAL is open to organisations worldwide that support research, innovation, business and internationalisation: including networks, clusters, incubators, accelerators, universities, research organisations, public authorities, chambers of commerce, investors and other innovation-support organisations. Membership is by recommendation, ensuring quality partnerships.
There is no membership fee for members who contribute through in-kind support. Applicants are invited to submit an application form with a letter of recommendation from a Board member, or a motivation letter, in which case the Board will designate a Board member to follow up. Applicants may also approach any ENRICH GLOBAL member they know and ask to be recommended to the Board. In all cases, a completed application form and a recommendation letter are required to form an application. Members are free to leave the association at any time.
