Governance

ENRICH GLOBAL is an international non-profit association, founded in 2020 under the French law of 1 July 1901 by 12 public and private organisations. All governance roles within ENRICH GLOBAL are held on a voluntary basis. The association is governed by a Board elected every three years by the General Assembly of its members, managed by an Executive Committee appointed by the Board, and supported by a Strategic Leadership Panel. The governance framework is defined by the bylaws and internal rules.

The Board 2026–2028 is composed of 8 members who set the strategic direction of the association and oversee specific operational areas.

General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of ENRICH GLOBAL, composed of all member organisations. Each active member holds one vote. It convenes annually to approve key decisions and set the overall direction of the association

  • CONNECT hub: how a member saved costs by migrating communities from a paid platform

    Our member was paying annual licence fees for a commercial collaboration tool. A single migration to the CONNECT hub eliminated that cost entirely.

  • ENRICH GLOBAL ensuring the sustainability of projects in which it is involved, at no additional cost

    Most project support ends when the grant does. ENRICH GLOBAL continues to host project communities for at least five years beyond the final report - at zero cost.

  • ENRICH GLOBAL supporting Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem

    Connecting Ukrainian organisations with European partners, funding opportunities, and collaborative platforms.
