Thematic Groups
Connecting expertise, projects and communities across the ENRICH GLOBAL ecosystem.
Thematic Groups are member-only working bodies within ENRICH GLOBAL, initiated, run and moderated exclusively by member organisations. Each Group brings members together around shared areas of expertise to exchange knowledge, identify common priorities and develop joint international initiatives across countries and sectors.
A Thematic Group may set up its own e-community on the CONNECT Hub, a public or private extension of its work. The Group decides who can participate, external participants outside ENRICH GLOBAL are often welcome.
At a glance:
- Thematic Groups: reserved to ENRICH GLOBAL members.
- E-communities: hosted on the CONNECT Hub, usually open to external participants.
Through webinars, working sessions, collaborative exchanges, training, mentorship, peer advisory and other dedicated activities, Thematic Groups and their e-communities support long-term cooperation spanning multiple sectors and geographies.

Getting involved
Each Thematic Group provides a structured framework of activities for members, enabling them to share challenges and expertise, align on priorities, and develop new opportunities or initiatives together.
Current and future members of ENRICH GLOBAL can contribute to existing Groups, take on (co)moderation roles or suggest new Groups around emerging topics. Creating a new Thematic Group requires the involvement of at least three ENRICH GLOBAL member organisations, which may also join the network together and implement a shared initiative, and an approval by the Board.
Thematic Groups are additionally open to external projects in which ENRICH GLOBAL or its members are involved, allowing such projects to connect with relevant communities and reinforce the wider ecosystem.
